Poem for the Millennium

What do we need now?
We need more uncertainty!
Moving too fast? Good!
Move even faster
until molecule you moves so fast
you become god standing still.
Lose your bearings!
Cling to nothing!
The glue between your bones
will give the orders now.
Turn yourself on your head
and shake it loose!
To those who want to
tighten the bear trap, I say:
Get those grains of sand
out of your eyes.
It’s been a long time
since we left the trees.
Every second, the turtle blinks
and the world is new.
Confused? Good!
Stop second-guessing.
Your hands and eyes know what to do.
Let your daemons pull you
out of your woolly bed.
They will fellate your mind
and once you come,
there’s no going back,
and hallelujah for that!
It’s the millennium
and the world is coming to an end
and it’s about time!
